KANNAN M. KRISHNAN
Weaving structure, color, light, and memory into visual forms shaped by movement, culture, and interconnected experience.
ABOUT
Kannan M. Krishnan is a multidisciplinary visual artist working across sculpture, painting, photography, printmaking, and drawing. His work explores balance, perception, memory, movement, and interconnected systems through visual languages that move between structure and intuition, precision and ambiguity. Born in India and shaped by decades in Berkeley and Seattle, he draws from culture, landscape, science, and lived experience to create works that investigate how meaning, tension, and beauty emerge through relationships between materials, people, histories, and space
